1.1. Personal Data:
Your voluntarily transmitted personal details (through submission in the online forms respectively sent by your group coordinator) will be collected, saved and processed in accordance with the most recent legislation on data protection (GDPR). 

Registration, additional bookings:
Registration to EAAP 2025 is not possible without collecting, saving and processing your personal data. This is solely for the purpose of organising and realising the event. Your data will only be passed on to third parties who are directly involved in running the event and when the organisational process makes it necessary – in accordance with your bookings (chairmen / organising committee, hotel, transport companies, travel insurance, tourism office, etc.).

1.2. Photos/Films:
By registering to attend EAAP 2025 you grant permission to CMI / PCO Tyrol Congress as well as the chairmen / organising committee to use photos/films taken from you respectively your company presence by our official photographer(team) onsite during the meeting for marketing purposes (event reporting, promotion of follow-up events & self-marketing) until you withdraw your consent. If you do not want to have any photos / films taken of you published, you may contact us any time: privacy@cmi.at

Technical Tours

Together with our partners in the Tyrol we are happy to offer you 7 outstanding technical tours. Each tour aims to highlight regional breeds, farming best practices and expert knowledge as well as cultural and gourmet highlights in an alpine setting. Appropriate footwear and gear is advised.

Tour 1: Sheep farming on traditional pastures in the Ötztal

Visit sheep pastures in the Ötztal valley, where traditional farming methods help to preserve cultural landscape and biodiversity.

Tour 2: The Tyrolean Haflinger

The Tyrolean Haflinger, known for their typical chestnut color and flaxen mane, are well known across Europe. Visit the stud farm in Ebbs and get direct insights into the breeding and selection process. In good weather we will also visit the Alpine Pasture for Haflinger stallions.

Tour 3: Tirol Milch Dairy Tour and Dairy Farm

Tirol Milch dairy produces some of the most popular dairy products in Austria. At Stefan Lindner’s dairy farm, we get insight into high animal welfare standards. Then we visit one of the Tyrols biggest dairy producers to see how the milk gets refined into prize-winning cheese specialties.

Tour 4: Brown Swiss Cattle and Hydropower

Brown Swiss are especially popular in the west of Austria, due to their robustness and adaptability to difficult terrain. We will visit a cattle pasture and then drive up the steep mountain road to the hydropower plant. The reservoir at the Schlegeisspeicher is a must-see when visiting the Tyrol!

Tour 5: Archehof Neuwirt– Conservation of endangered breeds
